Marsh – Beside
Marsh returns to Anjunadeep with “Beside”, his first solo release on the label in over two years. It follows a busy stretch: a debut at Coachella in 2025, a global tour across five continents, and Attraction (W13), his collaborative two-part release with Ferry Corsten that split across Anjunadeep and Anjunabeats. “Beside” has already been doing work in his live sets, appearing at CRSSD Festival and sold-out London shows at fabric and Leake Street.
Sonically it sits squarely in his lane: driving bassline, euphoric breakdown, piano elements that surface and recede without demanding attention. I find it interesting more as a statement of intent than as a departure; after two years of touring and collaborating, this is Marsh reestablishing what his solo material sounds like on record. For Anjunadeep regulars, it delivers exactly what it promises.
