After exploring songwriting with Avalon Emerson & The Charm, she’s now sharing the secret weapons from her DJ sets with the world. Built around a cleverly repurposed Storm Queen sample, the track transforms “It Goes On” by pitching up Damon C. Scott’s vocals into a chirpy counterpoint to a rubbery bass line and driving drums.
