The Limiñanas & Bertrand Belin – J’adore le monde
French psych-rock innovators The Limiñanas continue their sonic journey with “J’adore le monde”, a collaboration with the vocalist Bertrand Belin. This release offers a fresh perspective following their recent work with Primal Scream’s Bobby Gillespie on “Prisoner of Beauty”.
The Perpignan duo’s creative momentum shows no signs of slowing, with an anticipated album slated for 2025. Marie’s drumming and Lionel’s guitar work form the foundation of their characteristic sound – a blend of French chanson and psychedelic rock that’s become their signature over the years.
This latest track arrives amid a particularly productive period for the band, who’ve been crafting their distinctive nocturnal soundscapes with various collaborators. Their approach continues to merge French artistic sensibilities with rock’s primal energy, creating something uniquely their own.
