FAUZIA – The Way

London musician, songwriter, producer, and DJ FAUZIA returns with her first solo music in four years. Double-single “The Way” drops on Local Action, featuring an alternate version on the B-side—a half-time take on the original’s jungle rinse-out.

FAUZIA describes the release as representing “the different sides of me as an artist,” calling it a reflection of all her musical interests. She’s spent years working alongside Duval Timothy, Tirzah, Elias Rønnenfelt, Special Request, and Kelela, and “The Way” shows the breadth of those influences.

“I don’t like being the subject or centre of attention so I wanted to create something that shows me in day to day life,” she explains.

Her last solo release was 2021’s “flashes in time” EP.
