Daughter of Swords – Talk To You

Daughter of Swords (aka Alex Sauser-Monnig) released “Talk To You,” a track from their sophomore album “Alex” (dropping April 11th via Psychic Hotline). This was recorded at Betty’s, Sylvan Esso’s Chapel Hill studio, with a pretty interesting guest list: Amelia Meath, Jenn Wasner, Nick Sanborn, TJ Maiani, and Caleb Wright.

The track itself, directed in video form by bandmate Amelia Meath, represents Sauser-Monnig’s evolution from “fragile folk ruminations” to what they’re calling “eccentric synth-streaked rock manifestations”.
