Panda Bear – Defense

Panda Bear, the solo project of Animal Collective’s Noah Lennox, is set to return with “Sinister Grift”, his first solo album in six years. The announcement includes releasing the lead single “Defense”, featuring Cindy Lee.

“Sinister Grift”, due out February 28, 2025 via Domino, was crafted in Lennox’s Lisbon home studio alongside Animal Collective bandmate Josh “Deakin” Dibb. The album marks a first for Panda Bear, featuring contributions from all Animal Collective members.

The new single “Defense” showcases Lennox’s signature sound will be available as a 7-inch single with the exclusive B-side “Virginia Tech”.
