Guerilla Toss – Psychosis Is Just a Number

Guerilla Toss returns with Psychosis Is Just a Number, a gloriously chaotic single that refuses to sit still. Produced by Stephen Malkmus (yes, that Stephen Malkmus) and mixed by Jorge Elbrecht, the track is a no-wave party anthem—equal parts jagged and jubilant. The guitars skronk, the rhythms lurch unpredictably, and yet, somehow, it all coalesces into something weirdly catchy.

This is the band’s first release since their 2022 album Famously Alive, and it hints at their upcoming LP while standing firmly on its own. There’s no Ben Katzman this time, but Malkmus’ production gives it enough polish to keep the madness from spilling over.
