BC Camplight is done running. And Two Legged Dog, the first single from his upcoming album A Sober Conversation, makes that painfully clear. The track features Abigail Morris of The Last Dinner Party, and together, they turn pain into a piano-led duet.

The song sets the tone for an album that deals with everything Christinzio has mostly avoided until now—addiction, trauma, growing up (finally), and all the mess that comes with trying to feel whole. There’s no metaphor here, no coded language. He’s cracked the door open to the things that had haunted him for decades, and Two Legged Dog is what slipped out first.

What really stands out isn’t the vulnerability—it’s the clarity. Christinzio is no longer trying to hide behind cleverness or irony.
