Kim Deal – Nobody Loves You More

A significant moment in alternative rock history unfolds as Kim Deal announces her first solo album “Nobody Loves You More”. The former Pixies member and Breeders frontwoman brings decades of musical expertise into this deeply personal project.

The title track reveals Deal’s masterful songwriting through a tender pop ballad enriched with orchestral elements. The accompanying video, directed by Alex Da Corte, animates the album’s cover art with artistic precision.

The album’s journey began in 2011 with tracks “Are You Mine?” and “Wish I Was”, following Deal’s departure from the Pixies’ Lost Cities Tour. The project features an impressive roster of collaborators, including Breeders members Mando Lopez, Kelley Deal, Jim Macpherson, and Britt Walford, alongside Jack Lawrence and Savages’ members Fay Milton and Ayse Hassan. The final recording sessions were completed with renowned engineer Steve Albini in late 2022.
